About the Role : We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Corporate HR Recruiter to manage and drive non-IT hiring across mid to senior-level roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the staffing industry, with proven success in recruiting for functions such as Sales, Delivery, Operations, Client Management, and Senior Leadership roles. This position requires a strategic thinker who can leverage both traditional and innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
Job location : - Bangalore or Noida.
Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles such as Recruiters, Delivery Leads, Client Account Managers, Business Development Managers, and senior leadership positions (VP – Operations, Sales, Delivery).
- Partner closely with business leaders and department heads to understand hiring needs and deliver talent solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates from diverse talent pools using both conventional and unconventional methods.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates for critical roles.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, interviews, and negotiations to ensure successful closures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve recruitment processes and strengthen employer branding initiatives.
- Keep track of recruitment metrics, generate reports, and present insights to management for informed decision-making.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree required;Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or related field preferred.
Required Skills :
6–10 years of experience in HR recruitment for non-IT roles within the manpower or staffing industry.Strong understanding of leadership and business role hiring dynamics.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive with a go-getter and problem-solving attitude.Ability to think out of the box and implement innovative sourcing techniques beyond traditional job boards.Result-oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced, changing environment.Preferred Skills :
