Greetings from ValueLabs, We do have an Immediate Requirement for Salesforce Tester, below are the details for the same.

Experience Required : 6+ years.

Work Location : Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Manual Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in testing Salesforce Sales Cloud applications, with a good understanding of CPQ and Contracting processes. Experience with Playwright for automation is a plus.
  • This role requires excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of QA methodologies, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce Sales Cloud applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce features and enhancements.
  • Validate CPQ and Contracting workflows to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA or similar.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality testing deliverables.
  • Maintain documentation of test results and QA processes.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in manual testing, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, workflows, validation rules, and process builders.
  • Experience testing Salesforce CPQ and Contract Management processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Good to Have :
  • Experience with Playwright or other automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
  • Basic knowledge of SOQL and Salesforce APIs.
  • ISTQB or Salesforce certifications.
  • Saleforce Service cloud testing exp
