Job Description :
- Editing content written by the team of writers as per the client’s brand & SEO guidelines to maintain quality
- Mentoring and guiding writers to help them level up while developing growth tracking mechanisms
- Serve as the content expert on projects involving high-level content & copy intervention.
- Optimizing writers’ time and efforts to maintain their growth and operational efficiency
- Assist with strategies and operational planning in the ORM vertical of the business
- Working closely with the writers to develop and execute content strategies and content calendars
- Create brand briefs & content guidelines for clients as and when necessary
- Collaborating with various departments to devise pitch strategies and lead the content aspects of dynamic projects
- Write content / copy as and when required while supporting internal marketing initiatives
- Undertake research tasks pertaining to existing clients, prospects, and various content mediums, among others
- Liaising with clients to share and receive project-related updates, briefs, and maintaining project efficiency
- Finding and building relationships with vendors and influencers who can help us with content publishing and other operations necessary for clients.
Requisite Skillsets :
Exceptional command over both written and spoken English, with a strong foundation of grammarA versatile content professional with a strong understanding of written content across various channels and formatsUnrivalled proficiency with long-form writing that focuses on optimising for searchA sound understanding of SEO, AEO, GEO, Content Marketing, and how different verticals of writing work is a mustExperience in team management with great organisational skills, people skills, and mentoring abilitiesGreat interpersonal communication skills with a healthy balance between a creative and analytical mindAbility to quickly grasp new and complex concepts and explain the same in a simplified mannerComfortable working independently, leading the way, and making independent decisions, while being able to work as part of a team and following the lead
