Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an On-Site Manager at Badal Raja Company in New Delhi. The person will be responsible for coordinating with the crew and ensuring smooth flow of work at an event. The manager will act as point of contact for all the clients during the event and also for all the post delivery queries. An ideal candidate is someone who love films, weddings and of course someone who is willing to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• A confident and well-spoken college graduate
• A natural team player with strong communication skills
• Someone who thrives under deadlines and pressure
• An extrovert who can bring positive energy to sets and client interactions
• A genuine interest in the wedding or creative production space
