Bridge Strengthening Specialist

Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled engineering professional to undertake assessments of existing bridges and prepare detailed assessment reports.

The ideal candidate will have experience in steel composite and pretension / posttension structures, with the ability to conduct feasibility studies for strengthening and repair.

Key responsibilities include developing new bridge designs and strengthening solutions to meet UK standards, ensuring compliance with relevant design and health and safety regulations.

Other duties may include conducting design and assessment checks, compiling technical drawings, specifications, and reports, as well as following quality assurance guidelines on all work.

The successful candidate will be a proactive team member and self-motivated learner, able to adapt to the requirements of the role.
