Java Application Development Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Angular 9-12 Bootstrap 5 CSS3 HTML 5 Object Oriented JavaScript REST API Consuming TypeScript and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. Experience in Base 24 is a plus. The role involves developing and maintaining software solutions that align with our company goals and contribute to societal advancements.

Must have skills : Primary skills : Java8+, Spring, SpringBoot, Microservices, SSO / OAuth, Angular13+, SQL

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Angular JS Java and JavaScript to meet project requirements and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and functionalities that align with business objectives.
• Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications by conducting thorough testing and debugging.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Optimize application performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks and implementing best practices.
• Document software designs technical specifications and project progress to ensure transparency and facilitate future maintenance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies to enhance team efficiency.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into software enhancements and updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all software development activities.
