Role : ServiceNow Consultant : 9 - 13 years.

Work Location : Gurgaon and Noida.

Role Overview :

  • Seeking a hands-on Lead Software Engineer to drive engineering excellence, champion AI integration, and lead high-performing teams.
  • This role emphasizes product delivery with a focus on security, scalability, reliability, maintainability, testability, and AI innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and mentor development teams, fostering growth and innovation.
  • Design and deliver scalable ServiceNow IRM / GRC solutions.
  • Integrate AI / ML models and productivity tools like GitHub Copilot.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders on AI-driven features.
  • Ensure robust DevOps, CI / CD, and test engineering practices.
  • Advocate Agile, TDD, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure coding best practices.
  • Address performance, observability (e.g., Datadog), and security (SAST / DAST).

    • Requirements :

  • Bachelors in CS, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with IRM / GRC focus.
  • Strong scripting, integration (REST APIs / JSON), and workspace configuration experience.
  • Team leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Understanding of operational risk and compliance management.

    • Preferred Certifications :

  • ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CISRisk & Compliance (preferred).
  • Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or CTA certification is a plus.
