About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Software Product Manager to join our Technology team and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our digital banking platforms. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, owning the product end-to-end to deliver value aligned with customer needs, market demands, and business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics (KPIs).
- Align product goals with customer insights, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive product improvements using customer feedback and user behavior analysis.
- Create and maintain product requirements, including :
- User Journeys
- PR / FAQ documents
- Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Tests
- Define and manage non-functional product requirements.
- Review wireframes and user experience designs for alignment with product goals.
- Work with multiple enterprise teams (Compliance, Risk, Operations, Cross-Functions) to consolidate and deliver a unified product view.
- Apply domain knowledge of India Stack (UPI, Lending, RBI regulations, KYC, UIDAI, etc.) to solve business challenges.
- Influence product KPIs like Total Cost of Ownership and maintainability.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, demos, reviews) to ensure execution is in line with product vision.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing and Closed User Group testing.
- Provide clear visibility of product and program progress to stakeholders.
- Coach stakeholders and teams on agile ways of working.
Ideal Profile : Education :
Undergraduate degree in Engineering (mandatory).Postgraduate degree (MBA) preferred.Certifications :
Agile certifications (e.g., Safe Agile) required.Scrum Product Owner certification desired.Experience :
710 years of professional experience.Prior experience in product engineering / development (preferred).Experience in the Indian Banking segment (especially Lending) and / or Fintech (desired).Skills :
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Customer-centric mindset and obsession for customer experience.Ability to define, prioritize, and deliver product vision successfully.Expertise in managing cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.Interview Mode : Virtual
