We are seeking a full-time, talented Sr. Production Designer to join our Global Brand & Digital Marketing team, whose mission is to align our creative and design with our brand strategy across digital channels to strengthen our brand, powering its role driving our business goals.
You will be a critical part of the team that helps guide the next stage of our brand evolution – crystallizing, simplifying, and optimizing a trusted and industry leading brand that sits at the center of the global financial system. In collaboration with our team, you will help design the brand's activation across channels and campaigns globally.

Role Functions and Responsibilities
- Templated design for landing pages, social media, advertising, emails, campaigns, collateral, data visualization, charts & diagrams, booths, banners, and presentations
- Assist with concepting and design for branding and campaigns
- Ongoing production of brand guidelines
- Proficiency with motion graphics, editing, animation, and sound sourcing
- Collaborate with Production Manager, Production Designer, and marketing team
Qualifications
Strong interest in graphic design and a will to continue learningDesign degree and portfolio that demonstrates proficiency with marketing design4-6 years' experience as a graphic designer in corporation or agencyStrong design abilities, eye for typography and layoutUnderstand and think systematically, experience with Design Systems a plusAble to work independently, take direction, and meet deadlines in a fast pace environmentExcellent communication, time management skillsStrong English-speaking skills, proficiency with English grammar / spellingFigma —must be proficient, certification preferred or establish proficiency through portfolioAdobe Creative Suite —proficient in Illustrator & InDesign, AfterEffects, PremiereMicrosoft Office —primarily PowerPoint and Wordsome hours may overlap with US Eastern TimeSkills Required
