About the Role :

We are looking for an accomplished Technology Champion to lead and inspire in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI . This senior role demands a thought leader with a rich history of driving innovation, leading AI transformations, and influencing technology strategy at scale.

The ideal candidate will bring 20+ years of experience , with deep specialization in AI, coupled with a strong understanding of enterprise systems, platforms, and emerging trends. The role involves cross-functional collaboration across BlueVerse for Tech , BlueVerse for Business , Prod offerings , AI Professional Services , and our Advisory & Research streams .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Champion Technology Leadership :
  • Lead the AI / ML and GenAI vision across the organization, guiding platform evolution, adoption, and integration efforts for cutting-edge technologies including Agentic AI and LLMs.
  • Platform Innovation & Strategy :
  • Influence the development and growth of BlueVerse for Tech and BlueVerse for Business platforms by embedding intelligent capabilities and creating scalable, future-ready architectures.
  • Thought Leadership & Evangelism :
  • Represent the organization at global forums, author research insights, and publish strategic whitepapers. Inspire internal and external stakeholders by framing the enterprise AI narrative.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration :
  • Engage with business leaders, technology heads, product managers, and clients to define impactful AI use cases across industries.
  • AI Professional Services :
  • Guide the delivery of AI-led engagements and mentor technical teams across ML Ops, LLM fine-tuning, agentic workflows, and model operations.
  • Advisory & Research :
  • Own Research & Innovation function to evaluate new AI paradigms, drive experimentation, and support clients on their AI maturity journey.

What We’re Looking For :

  • 20+ years of technology experience with at least a decade in AI / ML, including hands-on work in LLMs, Generative AI, Deep Learning, or Agentic AI systems.
  • Proven record of leading AI transformation at an enterprise scale.
  • Deep understanding of platform ecosystems, AI solutioning, and product engineering.
  • Strong appreciation for multi-disciplinary collaboration between technology and business units.
  • Global exposure and comfort in client-facing and CxO-level discussions.
  • Demonstrated experience in research, advisory, or contributing to IP / whitepapers in AI or adjacent spaces.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Recognized certifications in AI / ML or cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience working with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Meta LLaMA), frameworks like LangChain, and orchestration protocols such as MCP / A2A is a strong plus.
