Job descriptionSocial Media Strategy & Execution Plan and execute content calendars (reels, carousels, stories, UGC, campaigns). Maintain premium brand voice (Shine From Within) across all posts. Social Listening & Consumer Insights Use tools (Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Google Trends, Amazon / Nykaa reviews) to understand what women are searching, saying, and struggling with. Translate insights into content angles, hooks, and campaigns. Competitor Analysis & Benchmarking Map competitor strategies across beauty / wellness. Identify gaps in content, engagement, and consumer conversation — create differentiated content for Vitagoli. Community Engagement Respond to comments / DMs with empathy and authority. Build shareable content formats (polls, quizzes, challenges). Analytics & Optimization Track weekly KPIs : reach, engagement, saves, shares, conversions. Run A / B tests on creatives, captions, and posting times. Scale what works, drop what doesn’t. Education : Graduate in Marketing / Mass Comm / Digital Media (MBA / Digital Marketing certification a plus). Experience : 3+ years in social media for D2C / beauty / wellness brands. Hands-on with social media & listening tools (Meta Business Suite, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Google Analytics). Proven ability to scale organic growth + drive consumer engagement. Strong eye for aesthetics + ability to write premium, keyword-smart captions.
