Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive Chatbot Developer for our Chennai location, suitable for a Junior level position. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience and be committed to working full-time. You will play a crucial role in developing chatbot functionalities that enhance customer experience through hyper-personalization and effective communication flows.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in Dialogflow to create conversational interactions (Mandatory skill).
- Experienced with Chatbot Frameworks for implementing functional chatbots (Mandatory skill).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Bot Framework for building scalable chatbot solutions (Mandatory skill).
- An in-depth understanding of Natural Language Processing techniques in chatbot development.
- Sound knowledge of REST APIs for seamless integration with external platforms and services.
- Understanding of Artificial Intelligence fundamentals and their application in conversational AI models.
- Apt at debugging and troubleshooting to ensure optimal bot performance and user experience.
- Ability to leverage AI technologies to enhance interaction and engagement efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop interactive chatbot solutions leveraging Dialogflow and Microsoft Bot Framework.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate chatbot functionalities with business applications.Maintain and optimize chatbot performance by debugging issues and implementing necessary improvements.Implement NLP techniques to refine chatbot conversational capabilities and user interactions.Ensure seamless integration through REST APIs for enhanced data exchange and processing.Monitor chatbot analytics and user feedback to drive continual enhancements and feature additions.Stay updated with the latest AI advancements for potential inclusion into chatbot functionalities.Assist in the deployment and operational support of chatbot solutions across diverse messaging platforms.Work Location : Chennai (Work from Office)
