Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Banquet Operational Manager located in Meerut. The Banquet Operational Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of events, coordinate with clients and vendors, manage staff, ensure high-quality service delivery, and maintain budgetary and operational standards. Additional responsibilities include ensuring the smooth execution of events, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and supervising setup and breakdown of event spaces.

• Event Planning, Banquet Management, and Facility Management skills
• Strong Organizational, Coordination, and Project Management abilities
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Budget Management and Cost Control
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or related field
