Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Faridabad for an E-commerce Assistant. The E-commerce Assistant will be responsible for daily support of online store operations, including processing orders, managing product listings, and updating inventory. Other responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams for promotions, tracking sales performance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role involves maintaining accuracy in handling data and proactively resolving e-commerce-related issues.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and provide resolutions effectively
• Basic Sales knowledge to support e-commerce goals and execute promotions
• Understanding of E-Commerce platforms and processes to manage listings and orders efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools is a plus
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Working Understanding of ERP (Tally / Busy)
• Diploma / Bachelors Degree / Equivalent degree mandatory
