We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Manager - GBI

Principal Responsibilities

  • Support Head of Business Insights and program manager on analytical assessments across other Manual Process value streams, in achieving project goals
  • Drive Continuous Improvements through simplification / automation of existing processes
  • Communicate effective deliveries and achievements to senior audience
  • Developing solutions in line with Strategic deliverables and focusing the MI on future state.
  • Build strong relationships with the key business partners – at all levels of the organization, actively manage these stakeholders, understand their requirements, be transparent with prioritization and governance models and ensure a collaborative approach is taken.
  • Delivery of Transformation and continuous improvement projects within stipulated time.
  • Regular and structured engagement plans with Business Insights management team with clearly identified agendas
  • Stakeholder engagement plan, regular scheduled partner meetings with clearly identified agendas and action plans.
  • Take ownership of the work slate and work collaboratively with management to deliver.
  • Work with the Global Business Insights team globally and towards the TOM to deliver best practice.
  • Ensure that SLA's and Project timelines are not breached, and that the process and initiatives are managed within the quality metrics identified

Qualifications

  • Expertise of MI / Analytics, Data Management, Business Analysis and Management Packs.
  • Advance skills in Excel / VBA, MS Access & SQL.
  • Excellent knowledge & Expertise on Investment Banking Operations.
  • A working knowledge of MSS processes and trade lifecycle - Expertise on Control / Risk / COO function.
  • Ideally 6 – 9 years of experience in Control / Risk reporting, Ops & regulatory reporting.
  • Strong understanding of various functions, and business control processes
  • Strong organizational skills – ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
