Roles and Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products / services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
Identify opportunities to upsell / cross-sell relevant products / services to increase revenue growth.
Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.
Desired Candidate Profile
0-5 years of experience in an international BPO environment handling customer support operations.
Excellent communication skills in English language (spoken written).
Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Convincing power to handle objections and negotiate deals when necessary.
Qualification : Graduate / undergraduate.
