Immediate Start : SRE Lead

Location – Bengaluru / Hyderabad Only

Notice Period – Immediate to 20 days

• Hands on experience in TDC / CD technology stack(SRE)
• Bachelor’s degree / 4-year college degree in Computer Science or engineering-related fields and relevant work experience.
• 8-10 years’ experience in total in IT services
• Identify off-the-shelf components that provide the most business value, integrate them according to best agile software development practices – including proofs of concept, automated testing and soliciting feedback from business and technical stakeholders
• 2+ years’ experience as a Service delivery Lead and 5+ years’ experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Holds good understanding of Scrum and / or SAFE
• 3+ years’ experience in supervising small and large teams of leads and analysts.
• 3+ years’ experience in managing offshore resources and deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to discuss issues and concepts with technical and business teams
• 3+ years’ experience working in a top-tier consulting firm as a technical lead or above.
• Cloud certification or exposure and understanding in similar.
• Ability to conduct client interactions with assured, respectful, and tactful attitude
• Ability to lead discussions with senior and executive level client management.
