We are seeking a visionary Digital Lead to spearhead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives at Dabur. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering cutting-edge technology solutions across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving measurable impact.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business acumen and technology expertise, with proven experience in leading multi-functional digital programs. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping Dabur’s digital roadmap, fostering innovation, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Digital Strategy : Define and execute the digital transformation roadmap across all business functions—Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Operations.
Cross-Functional Delivery : Lead design, implementation, and delivery of digital solutions ensuring scalability, security, and business alignment.
Sales & Marketing Enablement : Drive adoption of platforms like Sales Force Automation (SFA), Distributor Management Systems (DMS), CRM, and mobile sales applications.
Supply Chain Digitization : Implement advanced planning systems, warehouse automation, and real-time inventory visibility tools.
HR & Finance Transformation : Deploy digital HR platforms, employee self-service tools, and finance automation solutions for efficiency and compliance.
Data & Analytics : Build dashboards, predictive models, and insights for leadership to enable data-driven decisions.
Innovation & Emerging Tech : Stay ahead of trends in AI, IoT, RPA, and cloud technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Act as a bridge between business units and IT teams, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
Change Management : Drive training, communication, and adoption strategies for new systems and processes.
Governance & Delivery Excellence : Monitor project plans, timelines, and KPIs to ensure successful execution and measurable business impact.
Required Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) or related field; MBA preferred.
Experience : 10+ years of IT & Digital experience with at least 5 years in enterprise-level digital transformation. Proven track record in implementing solutions across multiple business functions.
Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of SFA, DMS, ERP systems, HRMS, and Finance automation tools. Familiarity with cloud platforms, data analytics, and emerging technologies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in FMCG or similar industries.
Exposure to large-scale digital programs involving cross-functional collaboration.
Certification in Project Management (PMP / Prince2) or Agile methodologies.
