Day-to-day responsibilities but not limited to :
Strategic Transformation Leadership
- Design and execute transformation roadmaps aligned with business priorities
- Lead initiatives across various verticals in GCC
- Drive operational excellence through process reengineering and digital enablement
- Work with cross functional teams and ability to drive change
- Identify and enable implement digital solutions
- Collaborate with technology teams to build scalable platforms and automation frameworks
Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
Partner with global stakeholders, GCC leaders to co-create transformation strategiesEstablish governance structures for initiative tracking, reporting, and risk mitigationAct as a change agent to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvementCapability Building & Impact Measurement
Build domain-specific capabilities within GCC through training, certifications, and knowledge sharingDefine KPIs and success metrics for transformation programs (e.g., cost savings, cycle time reduction, risk mitigation)Monitor initiative performance and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.Essential Traits :
12- 15+ years of experience in finance and risk advisory, consulting, or transformation leadership rolesMBA or equivalent advanced degree preferredProven success in leading digital transformation initiatives across global teams or shared servicesExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and program governance skillsStrategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilityDeep curiosity about emerging technologies and their application in finance and riskAbility to influence senior stakeholders and drive consensusResilience and adaptability in fast-paced, matrixed environmentsSkills Required
