Overview :

Looking for an experienced ServiceNow CSM / FSM Integration Developer with 5+ years of hands-on development experience. The role involves designing, developing, and integrating ServiceNow CSM / FSM solutions while ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow CSM & FSM modules (case mgmt, work orders, dispatch, workflows).
• Build custom apps, portals, workspace components, and mobile features.
• Create and maintain integrations using REST / SOAP, Integration Hub, scripted APIs, MID Server, and webhooks.
• Implement business rules, client scripts, UI policies, flows, and workflows.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize platform performance.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and CI / CD practices.
• Provide post-implementation support and enhancements.
