Business Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer with strong expertise in Metabase and a solid background in data analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing insightful dashboards, optimizing reporting systems, and delivering data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Location - Kochi / Remote

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Metabase for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.

Build and manage interactive dashboards and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.

Analyze campaign and platform performance data to identify trends, user behavior insights, and optimization opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Engineering) to translate business requirements into analytical reports and KPIs.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across reporting platforms.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering , or a related field.

3–6 years of experience as a BI Engineer, Data Analyst , or in a similar analytical role.

Strong hands-on experience with Metabase (mandatory).

Familiarity with other BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is a plus.

Proven experience working with Meta platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, or Meta Analytics).

Solid understanding of SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes .

Proven ability to analyze and visualize marketing and social media performance metrics .

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
