CSR Specialist – Healthcare & Pharma (Hyderabad)

Role Purpose

As a CSR Specialist , you will design, execute, and govern strategic CSR programs aligned with healthcare and pharma priorities such as public health, education, sustainability, and community development . You will collaborate with internal teams, NGOs, and government bodies to ensure measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Program Management

Plan and execute CSR initiatives focused on healthcare access, preventive care, and sustainability.

Translate community needs and business priorities into scalable, high-impact programs.

Develop annual CSR strategy, budgets, KPIs, and action plans in collaboration with leadership and CSR Committee.

Stakeholder Engagement

Build strong partnerships with NGOs, foundations, hospitals, and government agencies.

Manage internal and external communication for CSR initiatives.

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure adherence to CSR regulations under Companies Act, 2013.

Prepare impact reports and presentations for leadership and regulatory bodies.

Team Management

Mentor CSR executives and interns.

Promote employee volunteering and community engagement programs.

Qualifications

Postgraduate in Social Work, Public Health, Sustainability, or related fields. (TISS Preferred)

5–10 years of CSR experience, preferably in pharma or healthcare sectors .

Strong knowledge of CSR law, healthcare regulations, and ESG frameworks.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
