Job descriptionPreparation and Filing : Prepare and review U.S. federal, state, and local tax returns (corporate, partnership, and individual). Assist in tax planning and compliance projects. Analyze and interpret tax laws, regulations, and rulings. Support senior tax professionals in responding to tax notices and audits. Conduct tax research using tools like RIA, CCH, or Bloomberg BNA. Maintain and update client files ensuring confidentiality and compliance. Collaborate with audit and advisory teams for tax-related matters. Ensure timely filing of all required tax documents and forms. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's in Taxation preferred. CPA or working toward CPA certification. 0–2 years of relevant tax or accounting experience. Strong knowledge of U.S. tax code and reporting requirements. Proficiency in tax software like GoSystem, CCH Axcess, UltraTax, or similar. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
