Overview :

Vasman Solutions is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist to join our in-house team in Chennai.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, inbound lead generation, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy , with hands-on experience working with technology or SaaS startups .

This role requires someone who can plan and execute campaigns that increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and produce engaging content aligned with company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and email).
  • Develop and implement strategies for inbound lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with leadership on GTM strategies for new product launches and market initiatives.
  • Create and publish blogs, articles, and social content relevant to technology and cybersecurity domains.
  • Manage and optimise website content, SEO performance, and conversion tracking .
  • Track key metrics (CTR, CPL, CAC, ROI) and prepare performance reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging .
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure marketing activities are aligned with company objectives and target audiences.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing , preferably within a B2B technology or SaaS startup .
  • Proven experience in lead generation and GTM campaign execution .
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager .
  • Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to produce or edit technical or cybersecurity-related content .
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics , HubSpot , or equivalent marketing automation tools.
  • Understanding of content marketing, social media strategy , and performance tracking .
  • Highly organised, analytical, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
