Role : Sr. Gen AI Developer

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 5–10 years

Key Responsibilities :

✅ LLM Implementation : Design and implement core business logic and APIs using Python to integrate with Azure OpenAI Service

✅ RAG Architecture : Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines using Azure AI Search , vector databases, and Azure storage

✅ Prompt Engineering : Develop dynamic prompts to maximize accuracy and minimize hallucinations

✅ Model Evaluation : Implement frameworks and metrics to continuously improve Generative AI models

What We’re Looking For :

• Expert proficiency in Python and LLM orchestration libraries (e.g., LangChain )
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI Service deployment and configuration
• Proven ability to design and implement RAG architectures on Azure
• Strong understanding of NLP , semantic search, and prompt engineering techniques
