Position : ServiceNow Specialist

Experience : 4 to 6 years

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Specialist with strong expertise in configuring, developing, and delivering robust ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of platform features, secure operations, exception handling, and the ability to design scalable solutions that align with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and develop on the ServiceNow platform with a strong focus on secure operations and efficient exception handling.
  • Drive the adoption of technology-based tools and methods to enhance monitoring, management, and service reliability.
  • Define architecture and solution design elements, including data / object models, workflow diagrams, and access control structures.
  • Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and UI mock-ups, while actively driving project success.
  • Deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including use case design, workflow configurations, customizations, and deployments.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide technical support to teams on complex configurations.
  • Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and provide guidance to resolve technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to design solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Support pre-sales activities through technical expertise and solution recommendations.

About the Team

The Cyber Strategy & Transformation team helps organizations design and evolve their cybersecurity programs in line with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite. We deliver services spanning :

  • Cybersecurity Assessments & Frameworks
  • Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) Management
  • Cyber Transformation & Risk Management
  • Third-Party Risk Management
  • Technology & Asset Compliance
  • Cyber Risk Analytics & Reporting

    • Qualifications

    Must-Have :

  • 4–6 years of ServiceNow implementation experience across modules such as IRM, SIR, VR, TPRM, and BCM.
  • Strong expertise in workflow design, APIs, web services, and integrations.
  • Hands-on skills with Workspace, UI Builder, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Flow Designer, and migration processes.
  • Proven delivery of at least 2–3 end-to-end projects (requirement gathering to go-live).
  • ServiceNow platform management experience (deployments, upgrades, troubleshooting).
  • Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to work across geographies.
  • Certification : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory).

    • Good-to-Have :

  • Implementation experience in IRM or Security Operations modules (Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk, Policy, SIR).
  • Knowledge of ITAM, SAM, HAM, and CMDB.
  • Additional certifications such as :
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • CIS – Risk & Compliance
  • CIS – Security Incident Response
  • CIS – Third-Party Risk Management
  • CIS – Vulnerability Response
  • Familiarity with other GRC platforms like RSA Archer or MetricStream.
