🎯 Role Overview

We are inviting freelance trainers / educators who are passionate about workplace safety and legal compliance to join our nationwide mission.

As a Safety & Compliance Educator , you will :

• Deliver online / offline awareness & compliance training sessions on the POSH Act (Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace) and workplace safety.
• Train employees, HR teams, and management on their legal duties and responsibilities .
• Guide organizations on POSH compliance and setting up Internal Complaints Committees (ICC).
• Represent our trust in front of corporate and government stakeholders .
• Act as a change agent in building safer, more inclusive workplace cultures.
