About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Level 3 Developer to support retail customer store operations. The ideal candidate will be an SME with hands-on experience in end-to-end retail store operations, strong technical skills, and excellent communication abilities. This role requires close collaboration with IT, L2 support, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless store performance and operational excellence.
Mandatory Skills (Must Have)
- Excellent communication skills
- Shopify POS platform (Fixed and Mobile) with strong experience in retail peripheral troubleshooting
- RFID platforms used for store inventory operations (receiving, sending, transfers)
- UI Technology Stack : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related libraries with API integration experience
L2 / L3 Support Expertise : Triage P1 / P2 issues, perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and provide developer-level oversight on complex issues.
Additional Skills (Should Have / Nice to Have)
Experience in Order-to-Cash processes in NetSuite platform, especially for inventory and store operationsExposure to Workforce Management applications used in retail storesAbility to develop SOPs and playbooks, and maintain documentation on Confluence / SharePoint or equivalent repositoriesUnderstanding of observability and monitoring tools for store solutionsWorking knowledge of the ITIL frameworkProven collaboration with cross-functional IT and support teamsExperience supporting new store openings, configuration, and early-life support activitiesServe as escalation point for L2 and IT support teams on store-related issues.Key Responsibilities
