Job description
  • Cluster Manager, Partner Franchisee Alliances (B2B) Equity Broking & Investment Products
  • Handle a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs), Equity RMs Partner Alliances.
  • Train, Motivate & get productivity from the team.
  • Acquisition of Franchisee, IFA (Independent Financial Advisors) & Remisers.
  • Build rapport with these Partners (APs & DGs) & help them on-board their clients across products.
  • Conduct training of Partners for all our products across Direct Equity & Investment products (like Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), AIFs, Insurance, Bond, Fixed Deposit) with the help of products & training team.
  • Ensure best services to partners.
  • Help distributors on joint calls.
  • Organise seminar / webinar for the partners of his / her cluster.
