4. Educational Background – BE / Btech
5. Key Responsibilities –
- R12 Expertise around Oracle Financials suite modules with 8+ years experience.
- Handled at least 3 to 5 Implementation / Upgrade / Roll out projects in version 12.1.3 & above.
- Should have good consulting & communication skills.
Role / Expectations on Project :
Manage a large roll out projects, managing a team of around 10 resources.To work as individual contributor in the capacity of Functional consultant across implementation & support projects.Should be able to develop end to end solutions for implementations.Understand the global solutionUnderstand the site specific delta requirementsModule configurationUnit & integration testing Conduct system tests, and integration test (identified business scenarios)Training the core teamCRP & UAT executionInteract with users and managers for issue resolutionFunctional design documentationAdhering to project timelines and deliverablesMaintain standards and proceduresHelping project team members on critical business requirements and incident / problem ticket resolution.Handholding technical development team wherever required.Developing non linear solutions specific to above mentioned module functionality.Role / Expectations towards competency :
