Roles & Responsibilities :

Oversee and lead the India-based support team of developers, DBAs, and architects to ensure seamless collaboration with US operations.

Coordinate tasks and deliverables to be completed during the India shift, enabling extended support coverage and ensuring work is ready before the start of the next US business day.

Develop the team’s technical and business acumen.

Identify, analyze, and create efficiencies within existing solutions

Participate in planning and meeting the organization’s future technology needs.

Leverage best practices, industry standards to plan and implement Holman solutions.

Responsible for the initial training of new hires as well as the ongoing development of assigned team members.

Support the growth and development of assigned employees and conduct performance reviews.

Delegate tasks and set deadlines.

Set clear team goals, monitor team performance, and report on metrics

Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education / Training :

Hands-on application development and database administration experience.

Understanding Azure resources and architecture, Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory.

In-depth experience in SDLC (development patterns, version control, deployment pipelines).

Advanced knowledge of data movement and transformation.

Practical experience in data modeling.

Bachelor's degree, Computer Science, Math, or IT preferred.

Relevant Work Experience :

6+ years of experience in application development or database administration.

Business Process development.

Must have design experience and a proven track record of designing and leading.

Strong analytical skills, able to effectively solve problems promptly.

Breadth and depth of expertise in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or department.

Reviewing and improving processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.
