🚀 About the Role

Interiokeys is building India’s leading digital platform for the interior design industry — connecting Builders, designers, architects, and clients through technology.

We’re hiring a hands-on Tech Lead with strong experience in React.js, Django / Python, and PostgreSQL to drive the next stage of our platform.

This hybrid role combines technical leadership and product ownership — ideal for someone who can lead a team, define architecture, and shape product direction.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership

  • Define and maintain scalable architecture across frontend, backend, and mobile platforms.
  • Lead sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions.
  • Mentor junior / mid-level engineers.
  • Make architectural and stack decisions (React, Django, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery, Elasticsearch).
  • Ensure platform security, scalability, and performance .
  • Manage technical debt, refactoring, and DevOps coordination (Docker, CI / CD).

Product Management

  • Define and maintain the product roadmap and vision .
  • Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct competitor and market research for product insights.
  • Prioritize features based on impact, effort, and technical feasibility .
  • Analyze user feedback, product metrics, and guide sprint retrospectives.
  • Balance technical excellence with business goals .

    • 🧠 Required Skills Technical

  • Strong expertise in React.js and Django / Python ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of PostgreSQL database design and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with microservices , Celery , Redis , Elasticsearch , and Docker .
  • Understanding of mobile app architecture and API integrations .
  • Experience designing and deploying scalable distributed systems.

    • Product & Leadership

  • Excellent leadership and team-mentoring abilities.
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong product sense and empathy for users.
  • Data-driven decision making and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with product management tools (Jira, Linear, etc.).

    • 🌟 Nice to Have

  • Experience in architecture / design-tech / B2B platforms .
  • Knowledge of AWS / GCP / Azure .
  • Experience with Kubernetes .
  • Background in building marketplace platforms .
  • MBA or Product Management certification.
  • Experience with analytics / A / B testing tools .
