About the Role

We are seeking a

Fundraising & Partnerships Lead – Founding Role

to develop and manage ZiiP’s fundraising, sponsorship, and collaboration strategies. You will secure institutional and corporate partnerships, cultivate donor relationships, and create sponsorship opportunities across programs. As ZiiP scales, you will also have the opportunity to grow and lead a team focused on fundraising and partnerships.

Key areas of responsibility include :

Designing and executing fundraising and sponsorship strategies.

Building relationships with corporates, donors, and cultural institutions.

Preparing tailored proposals and partnership models.

Representing ZiiP at donor meetings and cultural forums.

Maintaining transparent fundraising records and impact reports.

Who we’re looking for :

6–8 years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, or business development (arts, culture, or non-profit preferred).

Proven ability to raise funds or secure sponsorships.

Excellent communication, proposal writing, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Passion for the arts, photography, and purpose-driven work.
