Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition professional who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure swift closures across functions. The ideal candidate brings a sharp eye for talent, a solutions-oriented mindset, and a sense of urgency in hiring for a high-growth business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — from understanding role requirements to sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, social media, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business priorities and deliver on hiring goals with speed and accuracy.
- Drive candidate engagement and ensure a seamless interview experience.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts with attention to both candidate expectations and internal equity.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports for leadership visibility.
- Represent the Caresmith employer brand with authenticity and energy in every candidate interaction.
Desired Profile
2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an agency or high-paced consumer or D2C environment.Proven success in closing roles quickly and effectively across diverse functions.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach.Ability to work independently and adapt swiftly to changing priorities.A driven, target-oriented mindset with a natural flair for networking and persuasion.What We Offer
