Role Description

• The ITIL Change Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Change Management process within the team / organization you are assigned to.
• This role involves ensuring the effective and efficient handling of IT infrastructure and business application changes, avoiding unplanned downtime, and maintaining service quality.
• The ITIL Change Manager will work closely with various Application IT and Infrastructure stakeholders to ensure changes are implemented smoothly and successfully.
• The ITIL Change Manager works as a support organization to Production Support teams. They will analyse and provide information that help teams to arrive at a decision on different changes.
