MSD CRM Architect - 10-18 Years Experience - Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Noida, Bangalore

We're looking for an experienced and driven MSD CRM Architect to join our team. If you have a deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem and a passion for designing robust, scalable solutions, this role is for you!

Locations : Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Noida, Bangalore

Notice Period : 0 - 30 Days

Key Responsibilities :

As an MSD CRM Architect, you will be a key driver in shaping our client solutions :

  • Solution Roadmap & Design : Utilize 10+ years of experience to build roadmaps and design MS Dynamics 365-based solutions (Sales, Service, Customer Insights Journeys).
  • Technical Deep Dive : Conduct Fit-Gap analyses at the product features level, incorporating technical aspects like Application Data Model, Data Architecture, and Data Management.
  • Complex Implementation : Hands-on experience in handling complex deployment & scenarios, including API usage.
  • Integration & Configuration : Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with integration tools like Kingsway SSIS, Scribe, and Azure integration services (SSO, OAP / REST usage).
  • Estimations & Delivery : Capability to make accurate effort estimations using various tools and techniques.
  • Client Management : Serve as a client-facing role, taking responsibility for driving the implementation of MS Dynamics solutions.
  • Tools & Technology : Exposure to code configuration tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub. Strong experience utilizing APIs and Tools for MS Dynamics integrations on both on-premise and cloud applications.

What We're Looking For :

  • Experience : 10 to 18 years of relevant experience.
  • Domain Knowledge : Good experience in at least two of these domains : Banking and Insurance.
  • Communication : Excellent communication and influencing skills to collaborate with stakeholders across Business and IT functions.
  • Flexibility : Must be flexible and adaptable to work under tight timelines.
  • Certification (Preferred) : Microsoft Dynamics https : / / www.google.com / search?q=365.com Certification is a definite plus!
