Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Funding Manager – Debt Funding

to join our funding team. The ideal candidate will have at least

5 years of proven experience in raising debt funds

from banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and private lenders. The role requires strong financial acumen, relationship management skills, and the ability to structure funding deals to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and approach banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions for raising debt funding.

Structure and negotiate loan deals, working capital facilities, term loans, project finance, and other debt instruments.

Prepare and review financial models, project reports, and presentations for lenders.

Maintain strong relationships with lenders, investors, and financial institutions.

Ensure timely availability of funds as per business / project requirements.

Monitor debt covenants, repayment schedules, and compliance with funding terms.

Keep track of market trends, lending policies, and credit appetite of institutions.

Collaborate with internal teams (finance, accounts, legal, and projects) for documentation and approvals.

Support in exploring innovative debt funding options and structured finance solutions.

Key Requirements : Minimum

5 years of experience

in debt funding, corporate finance, or treasury.

Strong knowledge of

loan structuring, project finance, and debt instruments .

Proven track record of raising funds from banks, NBFCs, or financial institutions.

Excellent financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation skills.

Strong networking and relationship management abilities.

Knowledge of RBI / NBFC guidelines, compliance, and financial regulations.

MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA or equivalent qualification preferred.
