Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Manager (Interior Design) located in Chennai. The Senior Business Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage client relationships, and coordinate with the design and project management teams. The person in this role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Strategic planning, business development, and team leadership are key components of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business management, strategic planning, and business development
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in project management, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Knowledge of the interior design industry and client relationship management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Interior Design, or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai
