Key Responsibilities
1. Planning & Strategy
Drive monthly and weekly planning cycles, including target setting and performance tracking.
Ensure alignment of business priorities with cross-functional stakeholders (CFTs).
2. Data Alignment & Reviews
Finalize incentive targets for the team in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Monitor team performance through timely review mechanisms and structured reporting.
3. Process Design & Visibility
Design and implement scalable business processes to improve efficiency.
Build dashboards and reports to enhance visibility of team performance and outcomes.
4. Business Excellence & RCA
Conduct Root Cause Analyses (RCA) for business gaps or performance deviations.
Recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve business outcomes.
5. Team Engagement & Collaboration
Lead daily team huddles to ensure clarity of goals and alignment on priorities.
Collaborate with CFTs including Credit, Finance, Data, and Operations to drive seamless execution.
6. Communication & Presentation
Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and business updates for leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure crisp, clear, and structured communication across teams.
