The Impact You’ll Drive

Set the strategic direction for key clients and agency-wide initiatives

Build long-term brand strategy frameworks that power campaigns, innovation, and transformation

Lead strategy in pitches, brand workshops, and senior-level client conversations

Mentor and grow a team of strategists—cultivating thinking, leadership, and impact

Integrate brand, digital, data, and culture into a unified, insight-driven narrative

Collaborate with creative, media, and account leads to align strategic vision and execution

Lead internal strategy rituals, thought leadership, and team development initiatives

What You’ll Bring

7 -9 years of experience in brand / communication strategy, with 2–3 years leading teams

Familiarity with strategic frameworks, GenAI tools, and research platforms

Experience leading strategy across large accounts and multiple categories

A sharp eye for insights, narrative thinking, and creative opportunity

Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders—internal and client-side

Strong communicator with excellent presentation and storytelling skills

Passion for mentoring and building high-performing strategy teams
