We are seeking a motivated Star Health Outbound Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our health insurance products, and driving sales through effective communication and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote Star Health insurance products.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales team performance.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from customers.
Skills and Qualifications
1-5 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in the insurance sector.Strong communication skills in English and local languages.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills.Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with clients.Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.Skills Required
