TCS is looking for D365 AI Engineer

Experience : 8-10 years

Location : Chennai

Required Technical Skill Set : Generative AI, LLMs,Azure OpenAI, MLOps tools like MLflow, Docker, LangChain, RAG, Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power Portal, Dynamics CRM (Sales, Marketing, Services)

Must have skill sets :

5+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM (Sales, Marketing, Services).
Strong expertise in Power Platform : Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power Portal.
Experience with Azure integrations : Logic Apps, Azure Functions, APIs.
Proficiency in .NET, JavaScript, and custom plugin / workflow development.
Familiarity with AI / ML concepts and their application in business processes
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or Azure OpenAI.
Knowledge of MLOps tools like MLflow, Docker.
Familiarity with LangChain, RAG, or similar frameworks.
Strong understanding of data architecture and cloud computing platforms.

Good to have skills :

Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI solutions with business goals.

Maintain and optimize AI systems for performance and scalability.

Roles and responsibilities :

Develop and customize solutions in Dynamics CRM (Sales, Marketing, Services, Case Management).

Build and integrate AI models into D365 using Azure AI services, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
