Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented

Reporting Analyst

with

3-4 years of experience

in data reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in

VBA, SQL, DAX and Power BI , with a strong understanding of

RPO or HR reporting

(preferred). This role requires someone who is highly analytical, has strong stakeholder management skills, and thrives in a

fast-paced, dynamic environment .

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, automate, and optimize

Excel-based reports

using

VBA and SQL .

Build interactive

Power BI dashboards

to provide data-driven insights.

Analyze recruitment and HR-related data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with internal teams to

understand reporting requirements

and translate them into meaningful reports.

Work closely with stakeholders to

present insights, drive decision-making, and improve data accuracy .

Ensure reports and dashboards are

user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with business needs .

Manage multiple priorities in a

fast-paced

and sometimes

ambiguous environment .

Proactively seek opportunities to

enhance reporting efficiency and automation .

Key Requirements : 3-4 years

of experience in

reporting, data analysis, and dashboard development .

Strong expertise in Excel automation (VBA, SQL)

and Power BI for dashboard creation.

Experience in HR reporting or RPO (preferred).

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Analytical mindset with a curiosity for data and insights.

Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity effectively.

Comfortable in a

fast-paced, data-driven environment .

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with

advanced Excel functions, Power Query, and DAX in Power BI .

Prior experience in

HR analytics or recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) .

Knowledge of

other BI tools or scripting languages

(Python, R, etc.) is a plus.
