Position : Chief Production Manager

Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics

Experience : 10–12 years in production of machines (preferably CNC Plasma / Laser / Automation systems)

What You’ll Do

Lead and coordinate production of multiple units without compromising quality
Ensure on-time delivery, efficiency, and process excellence
Collaborate across departments to maintain smooth production flow
Mentor and motivate production teams to achieve performance goals

What We’re Looking For

Strong leadership & interpersonal communication skills (a must!)

Hands-on experience in precision machine manufacturing

Proven ability to plan and manage production at scale
