We are seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers / entry-level candidates looking to start their career in accounting. The Junior Accountant will assist in various accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
Process invoices and ensure timely payments.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance.
Participate in monthly and annual closing activities.
Help in the analysis of financial data and trends.
Assist with audits and financial reviews.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).

Strong Excel skills, including functions and pivot tables.

Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
