Salesforce Developer (7+ years) – Remote | India (4-5 months)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, and Salesforce integrations. The developer will collaborate with architects, admins, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Customization

  • Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, Flows, and other declarative tools.
  • Build scalable, secure, and performant Salesforce applications following best practices.
  • Implement automation via Process Builder, Flows, Workflow Rules, and Approval Processes.
  • Optimize existing code, improve performance, and reduce technical debt.

Integrations & Data Management

  • Develop integrations using REST / SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, and external system APIs.
  • Support data migration and transformation using Data Loader, Bulk API, ETL tools, or SFDX.
  • Assist in multi-source Data Cloud (CDP) integration and ensure proper data synchronization and validation.

    • Collaboration & Support

  • Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, admins, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
  • Conduct unit testing, participate in code reviews, and maintain deployment standards.
  • Provide production support, including incident triage, troubleshooting, and bug resolution.

    • DevOps & CI / CD

  • Participate in release management and CI / CD pipelines using Copado, GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
  • Follow sandbox management and version control best practices.

    • Documentation & Standards

  • Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, integration patterns, and deployment guides.
  • Adhere to Salesforce coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, Flows.
  • Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud (must), Experience Cloud, CPQ, FSL, or Health Cloud implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns (REST, SOAP, Mulesoft, external APIs).
  • Experience with multi-cloud implementations, complex business logic, and enterprise orgs.
  • Understanding of Data Cloud (CDP) and experience in data unification, multi-source integration, and Data Cloud RFP support is a must.
  • Familiarity with CI / CD tools such as Copado, GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or SFDX.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams.
