About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our brand presence across social platforms while also owning influencer management, UGC strategy, and community engagement. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role where you’ll create daily content, collaborate with creators, and engage directly with audiences to drive growth, brand love, and inbound leads. The ideal candidate is a fluent UK English speaker with a strong background in Fintech / SaaS storytelling for SMB audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
• Publish daily posts across channels, ensuring consistency in brand tone and visual identity.
• Run monthly experiments with new formats, trends, and collaborations.
• Respond to DMs and comments within 24 hours to maintain high engagement.
• Proactively engage with credible external accounts to increase brand visibility.
• Deliver monthly sentiment analysis reports to track brand perception.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with micro-influencers and SMB creators.
• Onboard 5–10 new creators / month and maintain a UGC content production calendar.
• Ensure on-time content delivery and track ROI of influencer collaborations.
• Feed 3+ UGC assets weekly into paid media for testing.
