Now, we’re building the  Flexi Community Product  — a digital platform that transforms how leaders connect, collaborate, and co-create value beyond the physical roundtable.

About the Role We’re hiring a  Product Owner  who can think like a founder and build like a community architect.

Your mission : design, shape, and scale the digital layer of Flexi Roundtables — from engagement tools and event insights to member journeys and partner dashboards.

This isn’t a typical SaaS product role. It’s about building network effects — one leader, one connection, one insight at a time.

Key Responsibilities Vision & Strategy :  Translate the Flexi Roundtables experience into a digital-first ecosystem for leaders, partners, and sponsors.

Roadmap Ownership :  Define product roadmap, prioritize features, and balance user delight with business outcomes.

Community Intelligence :  Collaborate with data, marketing, and content teams to build personalized leader profiles, recommendations, and insights.

Execution :  Work with design and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, scalable experiences.

Feedback Loop :  Engage directly with leaders and partners to gather feedback and refine product features.

Impact Measurement :  Define success metrics (engagement, retention, NPS, network depth) and track adoption across cohorts.

Requirements 4–7 years in product management, preferably in community, SaaS, or platform-based businesses.

Deep understanding of user journeys, network effects, and engagement design.

Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (design, tech, content, marketing).

Analytical mindset with comfort in using data to guide decisions.

Passion for communities, leadership, and digital ecosystems.
