Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Senior Marketing Specialist to lead marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and demand-generation activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital and offline marketing, analytics-based strategy planning, and customer-focused communication.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns to generate leads and brand visibility.
- Develop and manage content for social media, website, blogs, and marketing collateral.
- Work closely with sales teams to drive B2B / B2C conversions.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and produce reports to leadership.
- Conduct competitor analysis and support development of go-to-market and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate events, product launches, customer engagement initiatives, and trade exhibitions.
- Manage vendor relationships for marketing activities and promotional material.
- Support CRM activities and customer outreach programs.
Required Skills & Experience :
1-3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or digital marketing.Proficiency in social media marketing, Google Analytics, SEO / SEM, and content development.Knowledge of marketing tools (HubSpot, Canva, Zoho, Mailchimp, Meta ads, Google Ads etc.) preferred.Strong communication and presentation skills(ref : iimjobs.com)
