Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in HSR Bengaluru, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and preparing regular reports for management. The role also involves staying informed about industry trends, collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
US Timing 9PM to 5AM
Salary 8 Lakhs to 15 Lakhs
Qualifications
Sales and negotiation skills, including proficiency in closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data analysis
Problem-solving, critical thinking, and adaptability in a dynamic business environment
Strong organizational and time management capabilities
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and processes is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Prior experience in sales or business development roles is preferred
